Coverage: We ship nationwide. If you're in a remote or restricted area, we'll contact you to offer the best solution.

Delivery Times

Major Cities: 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, weather, or external logistical conditions.

Shipping Cost

The cost is $100 USD.

Order Tracking: Once we ship your order, you'll receive an email or message with the tracking number so you can track it in real time.

Refund and Return Policy

  • At Paytton Tires, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn't as expected, here are our terms:

  • When does a return apply?

  • You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received a product different from the one you ordered.

  • The tire has an obvious manufacturing defect.

Conditions

  • You have up to 5 business days from delivery to report any issues.

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging in good condition.

Refund or Exchange Process

  • Email us at comercial@payttontires.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Our team will evaluate your request within 5 to 10 business days.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within up to 20 business days.

  • If an exchange is approved, we will send you the new tire at no additional cost.

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product was installed, used, or improperly handled.

  • The claim is made outside the established timeframe.

  • The damage was caused by a third party or misuse.
